Enterprise application platform for regulated manufacturing
Start small. Extend safely. Never rebuild.
Gepcore is a modular, composable enterprise application platform built on its own "Gepcore Framework" — not based on ERPNext/Frappe or any other open-source ERP — for manufacturing industries with complex processes, high control requirements, and the need for end-to-end traceability. Instead of selling one monolithic ERP, Gepcore sells small, individual Apps — such as Deviation, CAPA, or Calibration — that run on a shared Core, purchased and composed gradually under a Buy + Build + Extend + Compose model.
Why Gepcore
The difference isn't a feature list — it's how the platform is built
Snap modules together like Lego, without losing data when Apps are turned off or on
Customers buy individual Apps. Two Apps that "recognize each other" connect automatically — for example, a Deviation can create a CAPA directly from its own screen, with no manual integration. Turn one App off and the others keep running normally, and the disabled App's existing data is preserved, never lost or locked away.
Data integrity from the ground up
A hash-chained audit trail that cannot be altered after the fact. E-signatures attached to every approval step. Segregation of duties enforced at the process level. Each customer's data isolated at the database layer via Row-Level Security. The design references the 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11 standards.
Built on GEIS — an open standard, no ecosystem lock-in
The Gepcore Equipment & System Interoperability Specification (GEIS) is an open standard for equipment, MES, LIMS, QMS, and ERP systems to exchange data with shared semantics. Third parties can support this standard without being required to use the Gepcore Framework — built on an open standard, not locking in the ecosystem.
Product model
Buy individual Apps, not one monolithic ERP
Capability → App → Solution/Bundle → Product Family. Customers can start with a single App — solving one specific pain point — then expand once value is proven, following a "Land and Expand" model.
Real-world proof
Already running for real, across multiple departments — not a staged demo
A pharmaceutical manufacturer in Vietnam has deployed and accepted role-based workspaces for 8 departments, plus the Board of Directors, RA, and QA.
The system has run a complete sample order end-to-end across 11 departments — Production Planning → RA → RD → Procurement → QC → Mechanical → Production → Warehouse → QA → Quality Director → Production Director — from quotation, pre-production approval, purchasing missing materials, testing, manufacturing, and delivery, through to invoicing and payment collection.
Every step used the real account of the real responsible person — never a shared admin account — with a complete audit trail for every approval.
